    1. Sponsor 

    The Get a Quote & Win – $500 Air Canada Gift Card Contest (the ‘Contest’) is sponsored by Verge Insurance Group (the ‘Sponsor’). 

    2. Eligibility 

    The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older; request and complete an eligible personal insurance quote during the Contest Period; and are not employees, officers, directors, agents, or contractors of Verge Insurance Group, nor members of their immediate family or household. One (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. 

    3. Contest Period 

    The Contest begins on August 1, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. EST and ends on August 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST. Eligible entries must be received during the Contest Period. 

    4. How to Enter 

    Visit vergeinsurance.com/get-a-quote-and-win-contest or scan the QR code, request and complete an eligible insurance quote online or with a Verge Insurance Group advisor, and enter or provide the promo code AUG0808. No purchase is required. 

    5. Alternate Method of Entry 

    Participants may also contact Verge Insurance Group by phone or email, request and complete an eligible insurance quote, and provide promo code AUG0808 to the advisor before the quote is completed. 

    6. Prize 

    One (1) $500 Air Canada Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value: CAD $500). The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be accepted as awarded. 

    7. Winner Selection 

    One (1) potential winner will be selected by random electronic draw using the Verge Raffle Winner Picker within ten (10) business days after the Contest Period. The selected entrant will be contacted by phone and/or email. To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, confirm eligibility, and accept the prize within ten (10) business days. The prize will then be mailed to the confirmed winner. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or does not respond within ten (10) business days, another eligible entrant may be selected. 

    8. Odds of Winning 

    Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

    9. Publicity 

    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Verge Insurance Group may use their name, city of residence, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law. 

    10. Privacy 

    Personal information will be used only to administer the Contest, prepare insurance quotes, contact entrants, and fulfill the prize in accordance with Verge Insurance Group’s Privacy Policy. 

    11. Limitation of Liability 

    Verge Insurance Group is not responsible for lost or incomplete entries, technical failures, internet interruptions, unauthorized access, or errors relating to the Contest. 

    12. General Conditions 

    Verge Insurance Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if circumstances beyond its control affect the Contest’s integrity. 

    13. Governing Law 

    The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
